Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Bible Copilot mobile application ("App") operated by Bible Copilot ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Bible Copilot, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Bible Copilot is an AI-powered Bible study application that provides:
Bible Copilot offers the following subscription options through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Bible Copilot offers a limited number of free AI study questions per day. Once the daily limit is reached, a subscription is required to continue using AI-powered features. All Bible reading features remain free and unlimited.

Bible Copilot uses artificial intelligence to generate Bible study insights and commentary. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Bible Copilot content is intended as a study aid and does not replace the guidance of qualified pastors, theologians, or religious leaders. Always verify important theological claims against Scripture itself and trusted resources.
The App, including its design, features, and AI-generated content, is owned by Bible Copilot and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLE COPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
